Overeaters Anonymous - One Year Reflection
The 3rd of February marked my one year anniversary of being in the 12 Step Programme Overeaters Anonymous. One the 1st of February 2025 I had a breakdown . I really hated myself and couldn't see a way out. On the 3rd of February I handed it over and within 2 minutes I was on a virtual Overeaters Anonymous Zoom meeting that changed my life .

August was lush! And definitely made me realise that maybe Summer is a favourite season of mine. I just feel like there is so much more to do, I have more motivation to want to go out in the evenings and weekends and also really enjoy even the basics of being at home in the garden.
